• 1. Tire issues:

  • 2 new tires, less than 5,000 miles driven, sidewalls cracking and separating.
    
  • Odometer fraud.
    
  • Driver side tire exploded causing injury.
    
  • Hood flew up obstructing driver's view and breaking the windshield.
    

• 2. Seat belt issues:

  • Both front seat belts do not work properly.
    
  • Seat belt failed to restrain driver while vehicle rolling over, causing ejection/injury.
    
  • Driver's side shoulder belt is very badly frayed.
    
  • Shoulder strap portion of driver's seat belt is shredding.

  • Brakes failed resulting in vehicle accident.
    
  • Control arm broke while driving, causing loss of control.

  • Engine failed suddenly while driving.
    
  • Vehicle expelled high hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide at cruise, possible fuel vapor recovery system malfunction.
    
  • Knocking sound while driving, crankshaft bearing broken and disintegrated.

  • Consumer states when turning steering wheel to the left, high beam lights come on.
    
  • Consumer in an accident where seat belt did not restrain, causing injury.
    
  • Driver's side restraint coming apart from frame, dealer would not repair out of warranty.
    
  • Consumer experienced sudden acceleration resulting in accident and fatality of driver.
